Job Overview

We are seeking a friendly and professional Bartender to join our vibrant hospitality team. The ideal candidate will possess a passion for delivering excellent customer service, creating a welcoming atmosphere, and ensuring guests enjoy their experience. Duties

Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages in accordance with company standards and legal requirements.
Greet guests warmly, take orders accurately, and serve drinks promptly.
Maintain cleanliness of the bar area, including cleaning glassware, utensils, and work surfaces.
Ensure responsible alcohol service by checking IDs and monitoring guest consumption.
Manage cash register operations, handle payments efficiently, and issue receipts.
Restock bar supplies as needed to ensure smooth service throughout shifts.
Engage with guests to enhance their experience, answer questions about menu items, and promote specials or events.
Follow food safety standards and organisational policies at all times.

Skills

Proven experience in hospitality or serving roles within a restaurant or bar environment.
Strong knowledge of food safety regulations relevant to beverage service.
Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively with diverse customers.
Good organisational skills to manage multiple orders during busy periods.
Basic maths skills for handling cash transactions accurately.
Effective time management to ensure prompt service even during peak hours.
Ability to work as part of a team, maintaining a positive attitude under pressure.
A friendly personality with a professional demeanour that enhances guest satisfaction.
