Job Overview

We are seeking an energetic and dedicated Breakfast Chef to join our vibrant culinary team. In this role, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking a variety of breakfast dishes that delight our guests and set the tone for their day. Your culinary expertise, attention to food safety, and passion for meal preparation will contribute to creating a warm, welcoming atmosphere where guests feel valued from the moment they walk in. Duties

Prepare and cook a diverse range of breakfast items, ensuring quality and presentation standards are met consistently
Assist with food preparation tasks such as chopping, marinating, and portioning ingredients to streamline service
Maintain high standards of food safety and hygiene throughout all kitchen activities in compliance with health regulations
Coordinate with front-of-house staff to ensure timely serving of breakfast dishes and accommodate special dietary requests
Keep the kitchen organized, clean, and well-stocked, including managing inventory levels of ingredients and supplies
Follow recipes accurately while adding creative touches to enhance flavor profiles and presentation
Support team members during busy service periods by efficiently managing meal preparation tasks

Skills

Proven experience in food preparation and cooking within a restaurant or hospitality setting
Strong knowledge of kitchen safety protocols and food hygiene standards
Excellent culinary skills with the ability to prepare a variety of breakfast dishes from scratch
Familiarity with meal preparation techniques and ingredient handling
Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining attention to detail
Good communication skills to collaborate effectively with team members and front-of-house staff
Serving experience is a plus, demonstrating an understanding of guest service expectations
