McLoughlin Decorating are a successful contractor in the Painting and Decorating Industry, with an outstanding reputation within the industry having worked on many iconic projects, completing work to a high standard.

We have secured various long term projects between 3-10 years in and around London and the South East, and are now looking to expand our team of experienced painters.

In order to apply you will need to have the following: –

A minimum of 3 years previous experience in a commercial environment

A valid CSCS Card

Be able to work to a high level of quality with a range of different materials

Own tools and equipment

The right to work in the UK

As a Painter you will work under the supervision of our site foreman and will:

Be responsible for working to the schedule of planned and reactive works, to ensure that the interior and exterior finishes and cosmetic building fabric are maintained to a high level.

Undertake preparation of walls / surfaces including filling, sanding and undercoating

Ensuring all painting and finishing is done to a very high standard

Undertaking snagging and small touch up / repair tasks as well as full redecoration

Application of a range of oil-based, acrylic, cellulose and emulsion finishes to a high standard.

Work alongside other trades to make good finishes after engineering installation activities.
