Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Office Administrator to join our team. This role is vital in ensuring the smooth operation of daily administrative functions within our organisation. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing various clerical tasks, maintaining effective communication channels, and supporting overall office efficiency. Previous office experience and proficiency with relevant computer software are essential to excel in this position. Responsibilities

Manage incoming calls with professional phone etiquette, directing enquiries appropriately
Organise and maintain files, records, and documentation to ensure easy retrieval and compliance with organisational standards
Perform data entry tasks accurately using Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, and QuickBooks where applicable
Assist with scheduling appointments, meetings, and maintaining calendars for staff members
Prepare correspondence, reports, and presentations as required
Support the team with administrative duties including photocopying, scanning, and mailing documents
Handle basic bookkeeping tasks such as invoicing and expense tracking
Ensure the office environment remains tidy and organised at all times

Requirements

Proven office experience or administrative background is preferred
Strong computer skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Google Workspace, and QuickBooks
Excellent organisational skills with a keen eye for detail
Good typing speed and data entry accuracy
Effective communication skills with professional phone etiquette
Ability to prioritise tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment
Demonstrated clerical experience supporting office operations
Ability to work independently whilst contributing positively to team efforts
