WEAVERS, 1 Stow Brae, Paisley are looking for a Bar/Floor Supervisor to join our team.

Part time - 30 hours, key holder position. Hourly rate reaccessed after 3 month.

Overview
We are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Bar/Floor Supervisor to join our vibrant team. You will play a crucial role in providing exceptional service to our guests, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere while serving a variety of beverages and light meals. Your passion for hospitality and commitment to guest satisfaction will contribute to an enjoyable experience for all patrons.

Duties

Supervise and manage bar staff, ensuring effective team management and training.
Oversee the preparation and presentation of beverages, ensuring quality and consistency.
Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the bar area in compliance with health and safety regulations.
Collaborate with kitchen staff to coordinate food preparation and service during busy periods.
Implement effective inventory control measures for beverages and supplies.
Develop creative drink menus that align with current trends while catering to customer preferences.
Monitor customer satisfaction and address any concerns promptly to enhance the dining experience.
Ensure adherence to food safety standards throughout all operations.
Assist in recruiting, training, and mentoring new team members to foster a positive work environment.

Requirements

Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team effectively.
Previous experience as a barista is advantageous but not essential.

Skills
