Full job description

Pay: £13.00–£15.00 per hour (depending on experience) Hours: 15–20 hours per week Working Days: Thursday to Saturday, with occasional event work and pop-ups.

Saffa Soul is a South African street food brand built around authentic flavours, live charcoal grilling and quality service. We're a growing independent business looking for someone who wants to be part of our journey—not just another kitchen job. The Role You'll receive full training in every part of our kitchen operation, including: - Cooking over traditional charcoal grills - Preparing and plating dishes to a high standard - Running the pass (expo) during busy services - Food preparation and maintaining a clean, organised kitchen - Supporting the team at festivals, pop-ups and private events - Delivering consistently great food in a fast-paced environment No charcoal grilling experience is necessary—we'll teach you everything you need to know. What matters most is your attitude, work ethic and willingness to learn.

We're Looking For Someone Who Is:

- Reliable and punctual

- Hard-working with a positive attitude

- Comfortable working in a busy kitchen

- Passionate about food and hospitality

- A team player with good communication skills

- Available Thursday, Friday and Saturday, with flexibility for occasional events
