Overview

Are you passionate about creating vibrant, welcoming environments where guests can unwind and enjoy exceptional service? We’re seeking an energetic and dedicated Pub Manager to lead our lively pub team, oversee daily operations, and ensure an outstanding experience for every visitor. This role offers a fantastic opportunity to showcase your leadership skills, culinary expertise, and hospitality knowledge in a dynamic setting. As a Pub Manager, you will be the driving force behind delivering memorable moments, maintaining high standards of food safety and quality, and fostering a positive team atmosphere.

Duties

Lead and supervise all pub operations, including food preparation, cooking, serving, and bar service to ensure smooth daily functioning
Manage team members by providing guidance, training, and motivation to deliver excellent customer service and uphold company standards
Oversee food safety protocols, ensuring compliance with health regulations and maintaining a clean, safe kitchen environment
Coordinate food production processes, including menu planning, ingredient sourcing, and quality control for culinary offerings
Monitor inventory levels of food, beverages, and supplies; place orders as needed to prevent shortages
Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly to guarantee satisfaction and foster repeat business
Implement promotional activities and special events to attract new customers and boost sales

Qualifications

Proven supervising experience in hospitality settings such as pubs, restaurants, or hotels with team management responsibilities
Strong background in food preparation, cooking techniques, and culinary experience
Knowledge of food safety standards and best practices in food production and kitchen operations
Experience in serving customers in fast-paced environments with excellent hospitality skills
Demonstrated leadership abilities with the capacity to motivate staff and manage diverse teams effectively
Familiarity with barista experience or beverage service is a plus
Previous restaurant or hotel experience is highly desirable
Excellent communication skills combined with a proactive approach to problem-solving
