Sales & E-Commerce Assistant – Mystic City

Mystic City is on the lookout for a confident, experienced, and driven Sales Assistant to join our friendly and growing team. We operate like a family, and together we aim to grow the business through teamwork, creativity, and dedication.

While your primary role will be in-store—assisting customers with e-cigarette and vaping product recommendations—we are also looking for someone who is comfortable working across both physical retail and online platforms like Amazon, eBay, and Shopify.

This is a great opportunity for someone who wants variety in their day-to-day tasks, with the chance to develop retail and e-commerce skills within a supportive environment.

Key Responsibilities:

In-Store Duties

Assist customers in selecting e-cigarette devices, e-liquids, and accessories
Confidently upsell and promote product bundles or new arrivals
Handle customer transactions accurately and efficiently at the till
Maintain a clean, well-presented store environment
Address and resolve customer queries and complaints
Monitor stock levels and collaborate with the team on restocking and displays

Online Duties

Help manage and maintain product listings on Amazon, eBay, and Shopify
Assist in fulfilling online orders: packing, labeling, dispatching
Monitor inventory levels and coordinate between online and in-store stock
Provide customer support for online queries via email/messages
Contribute ideas for improving online performance (images, descriptions, promotions, etc.)

What We’re Looking For:

A bubbly, outgoing personality and great communication skills
Trustworthy, reliable, and proactive
Interest or experience in vaping products (training provided)
Good time management and attention to detail
Comfortable with basic tech tools (e.g. listing products online)
Over 18 years old (legal requirement for selling vaping products)
