Marketing Manager

Overview

We are looking for a proactive, organised and creative Marketing Manager to join our team, based primarily in our Haslemere office with occasional support to our Godalming and Grayshott offices.

This is a varied, hands-on role combining property marketing, office administration and operational support. You'll help ensure every property is marketed to the highest standard while supporting the smooth running of our busy office and contributing fresh ideas to develop our marketing and social media presence.

Marketing & Brand

· Manage the marketing of all property instructions from launch through to completion.

· Produce high-quality property marketing materials, maintain accurate listings across the CRM system and property portals, and coordinate property advertising where required.

· Coordinate photography, floor plans, EPCs, videography and other marketing services.

· Support the management and continued development of the company's social media presence by creating engaging content and identifying opportunities to strengthen our brand.

· Work collaboratively with colleagues and Directors to develop marketing initiatives and contribute fresh ideas.

· Ensure all marketing materials are accurate, compliant and presented to the highest standard.

· Maintain office window displays, ensuring property marketing is current, accurate and presented to a high standard.

Office Administration & Compliance

· Provide administrative support to the Directors and sales team, including diary management, correspondence and maintaining accurate records.

· Carry out Anti-Money Laundering (AML) checks and ensure compliance with company procedures and estate agency legislation.

· Generate invoices, maintain filing systems and ensure administrative processes are completed accurately and efficiently.

· Coordinate team diaries, property viewings and valuation appointments, ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of the office.

· Manage office stationery and supplies.

· Support the maintenance of Health & Safety standards within the office

Customer Service & Business Support

· Deliver a professional, friendly and welcoming service to clients in person, by telephone and via email.

· Handle enquiries, register applicants and coordinate appointments as required.

· Attend team meetings and contribute ideas to improve customer experience, marketing and operational efficiency.

· Support business development initiatives and occasionally assist with property viewings and team visits.

Person Specification

We're looking for someone who:

· Is highly organised with excellent attention to detail.

· Has a genuine interest in marketing, social media and branding.

· Is creative, proactive and enjoys bringing fresh ideas.

· Is professional, well-presented and personable, with excellent communication and customer service skills.

· Remains calm under pressure and is confident prioritising competing demands in a fast-paced environment.

· Works well both independently and as part of a team.

· Is proficient in Microsoft Office and confident learning new systems and software.

Pay: £30,000.00-£35,000.00 per year
