Overview

Join our dynamic team as a Housekeeper and play a vital role in maintaining a clean, welcoming, and comfortable environment for our guests and staff. As a Housekeeper, you will be the cornerstone of creating a pristine space that reflects our commitment to quality and hospitality. Duties

Perform comprehensive cleaning of guest rooms, common areas, and service spaces using commercial cleaning equipment and supplies
Change bed linens, replenish amenities, and ensure all surfaces are sanitized to meet health standards
Conduct routine inspections to identify areas needing attention and address any maintenance or cleanliness issues promptly
Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and notify management when stock needs replenishing
Follow established safety procedures during cleaning tasks to prevent accidents or injuries
Document completed tasks and report any damages or irregularities observed during cleaning rounds
Adhere to all health, safety, and sanitation protocols to uphold hygiene standards across the property

Skills

Proven experience in commercial cleaning or janitorial services with a strong understanding of cleaning techniques and safety procedures
Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
Excellent attention to detail with a focus on delivering high-quality cleanliness standards
Strong time management skills to complete assigned tasks within scheduled timeframes
Good communication skills for coordinating with team members and reporting issues effectively
Physical stamina to perform repetitive cleaning tasks, lift heavy items, and stand for extended periods
Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends or holidays as needed
