Clinic Receptionist – Immediate Start

We are currently seeking an experienced and professional Clinic Receptionist to join our team for an immediate start. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with previous experience in a healthcare setting who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is committed to delivering outstanding patient care and administrative support.

Key Responsibilities

Welcome patients and visitors in a friendly and professional manner.
Answer telephone calls and respond to patient enquiries.
Schedule, confirm, and manage patient appointments, including cancellations and rescheduling.
Register patients and maintain accurate electronic patient records.
Process payments, manage billing, and prepare administrative reports.
Support healthcare professionals with general administrative duties.
Assist with CQC compliance and audit preparation.
Ensure patient confidentiality is maintained at all times.

Requirements

Minimum of 2 years' experience as a Receptionist in a medical clinic or healthcare setting.
Good understanding of CQC regulations and compliance requirements.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organisational and time management abilities.
Ability to prioritise tasks and work efficiently in a busy environment.
Proficiency in medical practice management software and Microsoft Office.
High level of professionalism and discretion when handling confidential information.
Multilingual candidates are preferred but not essential.
