About Us:
BenAstro Group is a leading recruitment and staffing consultancy specialising in healthcare and security sectors. We are looking for a professional and organised Admin & Receptionist to support our office operations, ensure compliance, and assist with training delivery across multiple brands.

Role Overview:
The Admin & Receptionist will manage front desk responsibilities, document compliance checks, and provide administrative support to ensure smooth office operations. The ideal candidate will also assist with the preparation and coordination of training programs and possess strong communication skills in European languages.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage the reception area: greet visitors, handle incoming calls, and manage correspondence.
Conduct compliance and document checks for candidates and staff.
Assist in organising and delivering training sessions, maintaining training records.
Maintain accurate administrative records and files.
Support internal teams with administrative tasks and reporting.
Communicate effectively with clients, candidates, and colleagues in multiple European languages.
Ensure office procedures are compliant and efficient.

Requirements:

Proven experience in administration, reception, or office management.
Knowledge and experience in compliance and document checking.
Experience in training coordination or delivery is preferred.
Multilingual – able to communicate in European languages.
Professional, presentable, and confident in interacting with clients.
Strong organisational, time management, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
