Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and reliable Cleaner to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and hygiene in various commercial settings. This role requires attention to detail and a commitment to providing a clean and safe environment for all occupants. Experience in commercial cleaning is preferred but not essential as training will be provided.

Duties

Perform cleaning tasks in accordance with established procedures, ensuring all areas are kept tidy and hygienic.
Dust, mop, vacuum, and polish floors and surfaces to ensure a pristine environment.
Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the appropriate personnel promptly.
Follow all health and safety guidelines while using cleaning products and equipment.
Work collaboratively with team members to ensure efficient cleaning operations.
Follow cleaning checklists and site-specific procedures
Report any damages, stock shortages, or issues to the supervisor
Lock up and secure premises if required

Requirements

Previous experience in commercial cleaning is advantageous but not mandatory.
Strong attention to detail with the ability to follow instructions accurately.
Good time management skills to complete tasks within designated timeframes.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
Physical stamina to perform cleaning duties that may require some lifting or moving items.
A positive attitude towards work and a commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness.
Trustworthy, reliable, and punctual
Comfortable working in different commercial environments
Basic understanding of health & safety practices
