Job Overview

We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Restaurant and Bar Staff to join our dynamic team. This role involves providing exceptional service to our guests in a lively dining environment, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere and memorable experience. The position offers an excellent opportunity for individuals passionate about hospitality and eager to develop their skills within the food and beverage industry. All roles are paid, including internships, with flexible working hours to suit various schedules.

Responsibilities

Welcome guests warmly and take orders accurately at both the restaurant and bar areas
Serve food and beverages efficiently while maintaining high standards of customer service
Ensure food safety standards are adhered to at all times, including proper handling and presentation of food items
Maintain cleanliness and organisation of work areas, including tables, bar counters, and service stations
Handle cash transactions accurately using the till system and manage billing procedures
Assist in setting up tables, preparing the bar area, and restocking supplies as needed
Collaborate with team members to deliver smooth service during busy periods
Follow health and safety regulations diligently to ensure a safe environment for both staff and guests

Skills

Previous experience in hospitality or restaurant service is advantageous but not essential; training will be provided
Strong understanding of food safety protocols and hygiene standards
Excellent serving skills with a friendly, professional demeanour
Good organisational skills with the ability to manage time effectively during peak hours
Basic maths skills for handling payments and calculating bills accurately
Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
Strong communication skills and a personable attitude towards guests
Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, or holidays as required
