We are looking for a talented and passionate Head Chef to lead our kitchen team and deliver an outstanding dining experience. This is an exciting opportunity for a creative professional with strong leadership skills and a commitment to culinary excellence.

Key Responsibilities

Lead, inspire, and manage the kitchen brigade.
Design and develop seasonal menus aligned with Borgo’s philosophy.
Ensure the highest standards of food quality, presentation, and consistency.
Manage food costs, inventory, and supplier relationships.
Maintain compliance with food safety, hygiene, and HACCP standards.
Train, mentor, and develop the kitchen team.
Foster a positive, collaborative, and high-performing kitchen environment.

Requirements

Proven experience as a Head Chef or Senior Sous Chef in a high-end restaurant or luxury hospitality environment.
Strong leadership and organizational skills.
Creativity, attention to detail, and passion for Italian cuisine.
Solid understanding of food cost control and kitchen operations.
Excellent knowledge of HACCP and food safety regulations.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
