Are you passionate about delivering exceptional customer service in a luxury leisure environment?

Stoke Park, one of the UK's most prestigious luxury estates, is seeking enthusiastic and customer-focused Leisure Services Assistants to join our Golf & Leisure team on a casual, zero-hours basis. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals looking for flexible work within a world-class leisure and hospitality setting.As a Leisure Services Assistant, you will play an important role in ensuring our clients and guests enjoy an outstanding experience across our leisure facilities, including the swimming pool, fitness areas and sports facilities.

What You'll Be Doing

Providing a warm and professional welcome to clients and guests.
Assisting guests with information about leisure facilities, activities and services.
Maintaining high standards of cleanliness and presentation throughout leisure areas.
Supporting the setup and delivery of leisure activities, events and classes.
Monitoring stock levels of towels, amenities and equipment.
Assisting with the preparation and breakdown of facilities for daily operations.
Providing first aid or lifeguard support where appropriately qualified and trained.
Promoting Stoke Park's leisure services and facilities.
Working collaboratively with colleagues across the Spa, Fitness, Golf and Leisure teams.
Adhering to all health, safety and safeguarding procedures and reporting any incidents or hazards promptly.

What We're Looking For

A positive, friendly and proactive attitude.
Excellent customer service and communication skills.
A flexible approach to working hours, including weekends, evenings and bank holidays as required.
Previous experience in a leisure, hospitality, fitness or customer-facing role would be advantageous.
Lifeguard and/or First Aid qualifications are desirable, but not essential as training may be provided.
A strong commitment to maintaining high service standards and guest satisfaction.
