Overview

We are seeking an energetic and reliable Occasional Night Manager to join our team on a flexible basis. This role is essential for covering holiday absences, sickness, and other short-term needs during night shifts. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, hospitality experience, and a passion for delivering outstanding guest service in a dynamic hotel setting.

Duties

Oversee the hotel operations during night shifts, ensuring smooth and efficient service delivery
Manage guest check-ins, check-outs, and resolve any issues promptly and professionally
Supervise front desk staff, providing guidance and support as needed
Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and special requests with a positive attitude
Ensure compliance with health, safety, and security procedures throughout the hotel premises
Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to address any overnight needs or issues
Maintain detailed shift reports, incident logs, and communication records for accountability

Experience

Proven supervising experience within the hospitality or hotel industry
Strong background in guest services and human resources management
Previous hotel experience is highly desirable, especially in night operations
Multilingual or bilingual skills are a plus for effective communication with diverse guests
Demonstrated leadership abilities with a proactive approach to problem-solving
Familiarity with hospitality standards, safety protocols, and customer service excellence
