Full job description

At Discount Displays we are focused on offering our customers a first-class service, and our team are doing a great job with 3000 Trustpilot reviews.

So for the role of Sales Administrator, we are looking for someone who takes pride in a job well done.

The job can be challenging, juggling a few balls at once but it certainly won't be boring, your days will pass quickly. You definitely need a can-do attitude having processed the order you will be responsible for liaising between the customer and supplier (don't worry training will be given).

Orders will come in on the phone and by email you will be responsible for processing the jobs and liaising with suppliers to make sure our customer receive their jobs on time. The successful candidate will need to be computer literate, very organised and have excellent administrative skills.

Discount Displays is based in Croydon and has been in business for nearly 40 years. We are a relatively small company with 25 staff with a range of experience across 2 sites. Our offices and workshop are based just outside central Croydon. The nearest train station is West Croydon, but we have easy access to many bus routes and the tram service.

The job is full time but we can be flexible with the right candidate.

The job will involve:

· Processing orders from customers

· Liaising with customers, suppliers and internal departments

· Liaising with courier companies regarding deliveries

· Dealing with customer returns

· Be flexible to help out with other tasks if required

Job Type: Full time Monday to Friday (8:30 - 5:30)
