Full job description

3D Facilities Support Ltd is a well-established and expanding Facilities / HVAC company, looking to recruit an additional Office Administrator to join our growing team. This is a varied role in a friendly but busy office environment, based in Sutton Coldfield.

Full time (5 days)
39.5 hour week
Monday - Thursday: 7:30am - 4:30pm or 8:00am - 5:00pm
Friday: 7:30am – 4:00pm or 8:00am – 4:30pm

On-site parking
On-site kitchen & break-out area
Salary: £22,285.90 - £28,000.00

About the Role:

This position is office based.

You will provide comprehensive office and administrative support. Whilst duties will evolve over time, this is a fast-paced role, so we do require someone with a minimum of 2 years previous admin experience.

We are looking for a highly organised, quick-thinking candidate with excellent administration and telephone skills, alongside an excellent working knowledge of Microsoft packages and other computer systems. A desire to learn and become an integral part of the team is also key.

The Role Includes:

General administration and office duties within the Service Department
Handling of and dealing with inbound calls and email queries
Typing of letters and quotations
Scanning, filing and photocopying
Liaising with clients to schedule engineer’s works
Processing of orders
Accurately inputting and processing information on internal computer systems / field management software
Maintenance of electronic filing systems and associated administration tasks
Any other general administration duties as required, including supporting other functions and departments of the business as may be required

Essential Skills: (to be evidenced by previous experience)

A confident and personable individual who is able to demonstrate strong communication and customer service skills and will have the ability to build relationships quickly
Excellent IT literacy and typing skills (knowledge of Word, PowerPoint, Excel) and other commonly used packages
Excellent communication, organisational and time management skills
Proactive and a flexible team player who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment
Strong attention to detail, spelling, grammar and accuracy
Highly motivated, enthusiastic, hardworking, trustworthy, reliable, and conscientious
Flexibility and ability to adapt to changing workloads

Job Type: Temporary

Pay: £22,285.90-£28,000.00 per year
