Responsibilities

Oversee daily office operations to ensure a smooth and efficient work environment
Manage administrative tasks such as scheduling meetings, coordinating appointments, and handling correspondence
Maintain office supplies inventory, order necessary materials, and ensure equipment functionality
Support onboarding processes for new employees, including workspace setup and orientation assistance
Facilitate communication across departments by disseminating information and managing internal documentation
Organize company events, meetings, and team-building activities to promote a positive workplace culture
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and uphold a clean, organized office space

Skills

Proven experience in office management or administrative roles with strong organizational skills
Excellent communication abilities—both written and verbal—to liaise effectively across teams
Proficiency in office software such as Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and calendar management tools
Ability to multitask efficiently while maintaining attention to detail in fast-paced environments

Knowledge of basic budgeting and supply chain management is a plus
