Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Housekeeper to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and organisation within our premises, ensuring a hygienic and welcoming environment for clients and visitors. This role offers an excellent opportunity for individuals with experience in commercial cleaning or janitorial services to utilise their skills in a professional setting. The Housekeeper will play a vital part in upholding the high standards of cleanliness expected by our organisation, contributing to a positive experience for all who visit.

Responsibilities

Perform thorough cleaning of designated areas, including offices, communal spaces, and specialised facilities, using appropriate cleaning supplies and equipment
Ensure all surfaces, floors, windows, and fixtures are cleaned to a high standard of hygiene and presentation
Restock supplies such as toiletries, paper products, and cleaning materials as needed
Maintain the organisation of storage areas and cleaning carts to ensure efficiency and safety
Report any maintenance issues or damages identified during cleaning to the relevant department
Follow health and safety protocols at all times to minimise risks and ensure a safe working environment
Adhere to company policies regarding confidentiality and security within client premises

Requirements

Proven experience in commercial cleaning or janitorial services is desirable
Strong attention to detail with organisational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision whilst maintaining high standards of cleanliness
Physical fitness to perform cleaning duties, including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods
Excellent time management skills to complete tasks within allocated schedules
A proactive attitude towards health and safety procedures and practices
