Job description

We are excited to welcome a proactive Sales Administrator with some credit control duties to join our team, located in Wolverhampton. In this position, you will assist our sales team and contribute to optimising our sales processes, guaranteeing a smooth experience for our customers.

· Full time position, 40 hours per week

· £31,000 - £35,000 per annum, paid monthly

Key Responsibilities:

Process sales orders and ensure accurate data entry into the system
Answer incoming phone calls from customers and sales staff
Assist the sales team in managing customer enquiries and quotations
Maintain and update sales databases to ensure all information is current
Coordinate orders with the warehouse team
Prepare sales reports and assist in the analysis of sales performance
Contact customers regarding outstanding invoices and payments
Deal with customer complaints, log them and issue credit notes where applicable
Telesales

Requirements:

Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Proactive and outgoing personality with the ability to work from your own initiative
Computer literate with proficiency in Microsoft Office
Organised with a keen attention to detail
Previous experience in sales administration, order entry or customer service roles preferable

Benefits:

Auto-enrol pension after 3 months with contributions of 8% of your salary monthly paid by employer
Company private medical scheme after a 12-month qualifying period

Holiday:

32 days:

· 8 bank holidays

· 4 days Christmas shutdown (this can change slightly from year to year)

· 20 days (this can change slightly from year to year)

· The holiday year is from 1st January to 31st December. Entitlement may vary depending on start date.
