Job Overview

We are seeking a professional and organised Receptionist to join our team. This role involves managing front desk operations, providing administrative support, and ensuring smooth communication within the organisation. The ideal candidate will possess excellent organisational skills, a friendly demeanour, and previous experience.

Duties

Duties can include, but are not limited to:

Greet visitors and clients in a courteous and professional manner
Answer incoming calls and direct them to the appropriate departments
Manage appointment scheduling and maintain calendars
Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails and postal mail
Maintain organised records and filing systems
Assist with general administrative tasks such as data entry, photocopying, and document preparation
Ensure the reception area is tidy and welcoming at all times
Support other team members with administrative duties as required

Skills

Experience of working in a healthcare setting
Excellent organisational and time-management skills
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Friendly, approachable manner with a professional attitude
Ability to multitask efficiently in a busy environment
Attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks
