Part Time Accounts Administrator

TLO Film Services, Eton Wick

Days: Tuesday and Thursday
Hours: 09:30 to 14:30
Salary: £7,250 to £8,500 per year, depending on experience
Job type: Part time, permanent
Work location: Eton Wick, In person

TLO Film Services is a leading UK picture vehicle supplier for film and television productions. We are looking for a reliable and highly organised Part Time Accounts Administrator to join our team in Eton Wick.

This is a part time support role focused on daily accounts administration and office support. The main priority is making sure supplier invoices are processed correctly, checked against budgets, assigned accurately and paid on time, while also helping to keep general office administration organised and up to date.

We are looking for someone who is detail focused, dependable and comfortable handling routine financial administration in a busy working environment.

Main Responsibilities

Process supplier invoices accurately and in a timely manner
Make sure supplier invoices are correctly recorded and included in budgets
Monitor supplier payments and help ensure invoices are paid properly and on time
Assign invoices and receipts to the correct credit cards
Keep financial records accurate and up to date
Liaise with the team where invoice details, approvals or coding are missing
Maintain accurate records in Sage and Excel
Support general accounts administration and filing
Keep invoice and payment records organised
Order office stationery and basic office supplies as needed
Organise and update health and safety policy documentation
Support the smooth daily running of the office
Flag payment issues, discrepancies or missing information promptly

What We’re Looking For

Previous experience in accounts administration, purchase ledger, finance administration or a similar role
Sage and Excel experience is essential
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
An organised and reliable approach to work
Comfortable handling routine administration tasks and following processes
Good communication skills and a professional manner
Able to work independently and stay on top of tasks
