Location: Wrotham, Kent

Hours: Full Time, Monday to Friday 9am – 5pm

Salary: Competitive – dependent on age and experience

Established in 2009, Protool Ltd is a family-owned business and a leading supplier of precision cutting tools to the engineering industry. We supply customers across sectors including aerospace, medical, motorsport and precision engineering, and pride ourselves on delivering outstanding customer service, technical expertise and fast, reliable delivery.

We are looking for an organised and enthusiastic Sales Administrator to join our friendly office team. Working as part of a small, supportive team, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of our sales administration processes and helping us continue to deliver excellent service to our customers.

Key Responsibilities

Managing the Sales email inbox and responding to customer enquiries.
Processing customer orders accurately and efficiently.
Coordinating dropship orders with suppliers.
Liaising with suppliers regarding product availability, pricing and deliveries.
Handling customer queries by phone and email in a professional and friendly manner.
Producing sales reports and other management information as required.
Updating customer records and maintaining accurate information within our systems.
Preparing quotations and following up customer enquiries.
Supporting the sales team with daily administration and general office tasks.

About You

The ideal candidate will:

Have excellent communication and customer service skills.
Be highly organised with strong attention to detail.
Be confident using Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Outlook.
Be able to prioritise workloads and work effectively in a busy environment.
Have a positive, flexible and proactive attitude.
Be able to work both independently and as part of a small team.

Previous experience in a sales administration, customer service or office administration role is preferred but not essential as full training will be provided.
