Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Production Operator to join our dynamic manufacturing team. In this role, you will be responsible for operating production equipment, ensuring food safety standards are maintained, and supporting efficient food production processes. Your proactive approach and mechanical knowledge will contribute to delivering high-quality products while adhering to safety protocols. This position offers an exciting opportunity to be part of a fast-paced environment dedicated to excellence in food manufacturing.

Responsibilities

Operate and monitor various production machinery to ensure smooth and efficient food manufacturing processes.
Follow strict food safety guidelines, including HACCP (Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points) procedures, to maintain product integrity.
Conduct routine inspections of equipment and production lines, identifying and addressing mechanical issues promptly.
Maintain accurate records of production data, including quantities produced, machine performance, and safety checks.
Assist with cleaning and sanitation tasks in compliance with food safety standards to prevent contamination.
Support quality control measures by inspecting finished products for consistency and adherence to specifications.
Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet daily production goals while upholding safety and quality standards.

Qualifications

Prior experience in food production or manufacturing is preferred but not required; training will be provided.
Basic math skills for measuring ingredients, calculating quantities, and recording data accurately.
Mechanical knowledge or experience with operating machinery is advantageous.
Understanding of food safety principles, including HACCP protocols, is highly desirable.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness and safety.
Ability to follow detailed instructions and work effectively in a team environment.
