If you're passionate about creating exceptional guest experiences, Grand Pacific Restaurant is looking for an enthusiastic, professional, and customer-focused Server to join our team.

As a member of the service team, you play a vital role in bringing this experience to life. Every interaction should reflect genuine hospitality, professionalism, and attention to detail, ensuring every guest feels welcomed, valued, and cared for from the moment they arrive until they depart.

Our menus celebrate classic British cuisine refined through French technique, with thoughtfully selected wines, cocktails, and beverages designed to complement the food. A confident knowledge of our menu, the ability to make personalised recommendations, and an understanding of guests' individual needs are all essential to delivering exceptional service.

Whether serving a relaxed lunch, a celebratory dinner, or evening drinks, every service should feel seamless and considered. Anticipating guests' needs, working closely with your colleagues, and maintaining the highest standards of presentation and efficiency are at the heart of what we do.

Responsibilities

Deliver outstanding customer service with a friendly and professional attitude.
Maintain a clean, organized, restaurant.
Process orders accurately using the POS system.
Work collaboratively with bar and kitchen staff to ensure a seamless dining experience.
Follow health, safety, and liquor licensing regulations.

Qualifications

Previous server experience preferred.
Knowledge of classic cocktails, beer, wine, and spirits.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Responsible, reliable, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Responsible alcohol service certification (if required by local regulations) is an asset.
