Full job description

Freelance Administrator (21 Hours per Week)

£15–£16 per hour | Spanish/Portuguese is a must – Croydon Area

We are looking for a reliable, organised, and proactive Freelance Admin Assistant to support our growing business.

This is a part-time freelance role (21 hours per week), ideal for someone who is eager to learn, takes initiative, and can manage their workload without constant supervision.

No prior experience required – full training provided for the right candidate.

Key Responsibilities

Handle incoming calls and client enquiries professionally
Organise and maintain files, records, and documentation (digital and physical)
Carry out accurate data entry using Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and QuickBooks
Prepare emails, reports, and client documents
Schedule appointments and manage calendars efficiently
Support the team with general administrative tasks
Perform general office duties (scanning, filing, document handling)
Maintain a well-organised and professional working environment

What We’re Looking For

Strong organisation and attention to detail
Good communication skills and professional phone manner
Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office / Google Workspace)
Willingness to learn and take instruction
Ability to work independently and take ownership of tasks
Spanish and/or Portuguese (preferred)
Based in or near Croydon

Training & Progression

No experience? Fine—attitude matters more.

You’ll receive training and gain exposure to mortgages and insurance, with the opportunity to build real industry knowledge.

For the right person, there is clear potential to progress into a more senior or client-facing role over time.
