About Us

We are a growing e-commerce business looking for a reliable and enthusiastic Warehouse & Marketplace Administrator to join our friendly team. This is a varied role that combines warehouse operations with office administration, making it ideal for someone who enjoys both hands-on work and computer-based tasks.

The Role

No two days are the same. You'll be responsible for ensuring customer orders are picked, packed and dispatched accurately while also helping to manage stock and support our online marketplaces.

Key Responsibilities

Picking, packing and dispatching customer orders.
Booking new stock into our inventory system.
Receiving and putting away stock deliveries.
Processing customer returns.
Carrying out regular stock counts and assisting with stock takes.
Maintaining accurate stock records.
Providing basic administration support for our online marketplaces, including eBay and Amazon.
Updating records and completing general administrative tasks.
Keeping the warehouse clean, organised and safe.

What We're Looking For

We're looking for someone who is:

Organised with excellent attention to detail.
Reliable, punctual and hardworking.
Comfortable using computers and learning new systems.
Able to work independently and as part of a team.
Positive, flexible and willing to help wherever needed.

Desirable Skills

Previous warehouse or order fulfilment experience.
Experience with stock control or inventory systems.
Familiarity with online marketplaces such as eBay or Amazon.
Basic Microsoft Office skills.
