Overview

Join our dynamic hospitality team as a Kitchen Porter and become a vital part of delivering exceptional dining experiences! In this energetic role, you will support the kitchen operations by maintaining cleanliness, assisting with food preparation, and ensuring the kitchen runs smoothly. Duties

Maintain cleanliness of all kitchen areas, including washing dishes, pots, pans, and utensils efficiently and thoroughly.
Support the kitchen team in keeping workstations sanitized and organized to meet health and safety standards.
Help with waste disposal and recycling processes to ensure a tidy and environmentally responsible workspace.
Restock supplies and ingredients as needed to ensure smooth kitchen operations during service hours.
Follow all safety procedures and hygiene regulations diligently to maintain a safe working environment.

Skills

Previous experience in a restaurant, hotel, or catering environment is advantageous but not essential; enthusiasm and willingness to learn are key!
Basic understanding of food preparation techniques and kitchen hygiene standards.
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced setting while maintaining attention to detail.
Strong teamwork skills with a positive attitude towards supporting colleagues.
Good communication skills to follow instructions clearly and effectively.
Flexibility to work varied shifts, including evenings, weekends, or holidays as needed.
A genuine interest in hospitality, cooking, and delivering excellent service.
