Location: Ashby de la Zouch

Job Type: Full-time | Salary: Starting from £26,000 - £28,000 per year

Schedule: Monday to Friday (Office-based)

About the Role:

Are you an organised, people-focused professional who thrives in a busy environment? We’re looking for an enthusiastic and reliable Office Administrator to become the backbone of our office operations. This is an exciting opportunity to join a friendly and supportive team where your attention to detail and administrative skills will truly make a difference.

As the first point of contact for visitors and clients, you’ll be the face of our office, setting the tone for a professional, welcoming, and well-run workplace. You’ll work closely with the team to keep things running smoothly, ensuring everything from schedules to supplies are managed seamlessly.

What You’ll Be Doing:

· Overseeing the day-to-day running of the office

· Managing calendars and schdules

· Handling phone calls and emails with professionalism and warmth

· Supporting the team with various admin tasks

· Maintaining and updating records accurately

· Keeping our office well-stocked and organised

· Creating and managing documents using Google Suite

· Developing our CRM system

What We’re Looking For:

· Previous experience in an administrative or office support role (ideal but not essential)

· A proactive and highly organised approach to work

· Strong communication skills and confident phone etiquette

· Comfortable working independently and in a team

· Great attention to detail and a knack for keeping things on track

· Familiarity with QuickBooks and Google Suite is a bonus
