Full job description

Job Summary
We are seeking a reliable Part Time Cleaner to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and hygiene standards across various domestic homes. This role offers flexible hours suitable for individuals seeking part-time employment, with an emphasis on attention to detail and a proactive approach to cleaning tasks. Prior experience in Domestic cleaning is preferred but not essential, as training will be provided. The position is mainly to cover holidays and sickness. Also take on own cleans with either yourself or another member of staff.

Duties

Perform routine cleaning of clients homes around selected areas from Stanley to Durham.
Covering other staff whilst on holiday during the summer. Also covering sickness 3 days a week, so will need to be flexible as will need to be available between the hours of 9 to 3 Monday to Friday. Hours can be discussed.
Will need to be confident to work on your own or with another member of staff.
Must be ok around dogs and cats.
Previous experience in domestic cleaning or janitorial work is desirable but not essential; training will be provided for suitable candidates
Strong attention to detail with a high standard of cleanliness
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Good organisational skills and reliability
Physical fitness to perform cleaning duties, including bending, being on your feet for long periods of time.
A proactive attitude towards maintaining hygiene standards and safety protocols. This position is ideal for individuals seeking part-time work with flexible hours in a professional environment. We value punctuality, professionalism, and a commitment to delivering excellent service.
You will need a driving licence and access to a car to get to jobs.
Will need a dbs or willing to get one.
We are based in Stanley so will need to live close by as sometimes will need to car share with another member of Staff.

Pay: £15.00-£16.00 per hour
