Job Overview

CSCS or ECS card is vital,

Join our dynamic team as an Electrical Labourer and be a vital part of electrical installation and maintenance projects! In this energetic role, you will assist skilled electricians by preparing work sites, handling tools, and supporting electrical systems installation. Your enthusiasm and attention to detail will contribute to safe, efficient, and high-quality electrical work across diverse projects. This paid position offers a fantastic opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the electrical trade while working in a fast-paced environment that values your contributions.

Responsibilities

Assist electricians with installing, repairing, and maintaining electrical systems and equipment
Prepare work areas by cleaning, organizing tools, and setting up safety barriers
Use hand tools such as screwdrivers, pliers, wire strippers, and measuring tapes to support daily tasks
Operate power tools including drills, saws, and voltage testers under supervision
Follow safety protocols diligently to ensure a secure work environment for all team members
Support the routing and wiring of electrical cables according to project specifications
Conduct basic inspections of electrical components and report any issues or discrepancies promptly

Requirements

Experience working with hand tools and power tools in a construction or electrical setting is preferred
Basic understanding of electrical systems and terminology is advantageous
Ability to follow detailed instructions and adhere to safety guidelines at all times
Physically capable of standing, bending, lifting heavy materials, and working in various environmental conditions
Strong teamwork skills with a proactive attitude toward learning and problem-solving
Valid driver’s license is a plus but not mandatory
Prior experience in electrical or construction trades is beneficial but not required; training will be provided for motivated candidates
