Job Summary
Mazuma is a dynamic, innovative, and growing company looking for an ambitious and hard-working Sales Manager to join our team. Our sales team are the driving force behind our ambitious growth plans and you will be pivotal in delivering the continuous growth of our customer base and ensuring the success of our business.

As the Sales Manager, you will instil a high-performing sales culture and will be responsible for the achievement of the targeted sales levels and productivity targets for Mazuma, through the effective leadership and direction of the Sales function.

About the role:

Manage the day to day activities of an inside B2B sales team
Lead the Sales function, ensuring that monthly and quarterly sales targets are met or exceeded
Design and implement comprehensive sales strategies to drive revenue growth
Monitor team performance, providing coaching and feedback to improve results
Analyse sales performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions.
Collaborate with cross-functional departments to align on sales strategies and objectives.

About You:

As Sales Manager you will have proven experience in a sales or telesales management role. You will possess:

Strong leadership and team management abilities.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Highly digitally literate, experienced with modern digital sales and customer tools
A strong understanding of sales process and methodology
Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret sales data and identify trends.
Results-oriented, with a track record of achieving sales targets
Ability to quickly build rapport with customers and understand their needs.
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think outside the box.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Knowledge of cloud-based accounting software and services is a plus.
Experience of quickly scaling a sales function is also a plus
