ARE YOU AN ORGANISATION WHIZZ AND ADMIN SUPERSTAR?

I am seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in supporting daily operations by providing administrative and clerical assistance. This position requires proficiency in various office tasks, strong communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.

IT IS ESSENTIAL THAT THE CORRECT CANDIDATE CAN USE CANVA OR PHOTO SHOP AND HAVE SOME KNOWLEDGE IN SOCIAL MEDIA CONTENT CREATION.

Duties

Perform general office duties including social media, advert creation, communication and clerical tasks to ensure smooth operations.
Maintain and organise files, records, and documentation in both physical and electronic formats.
Manage incoming calls with professionalism, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette.
Assist in scheduling appointments and coordinating meetings. Manage what’s app groups/ communities.
Prepare reports and presentations using Google Suite applications.
Support the team with various administrative tasks as needed to enhance productivity.
support the directors with diary management.

Qualifications

Proven experience in an office or administrative role is essential.
Proficient in data entry with a high level of accuracy.
Strong computer skills, particularly with Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Slides).
Excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
A proactive approach to problem-solving and attention to detail.
