Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Housekeeper to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining high standards of cleanliness and hygiene across our premises, ensuring a welcoming environment for guests and staff alike. Previous experience in hotel or hospitality settings is highly desirable, along with janitorial expertise. This role offers an opportunity to work in a professional environment where attention to detail and a positive attitude are valued.

Duties

Clean and sanitise guest rooms, public areas, and staff facilities according to established standards
Change bed linen, make beds, and replenish amenities as required
Sweep, mop, vacuum, and dust all surfaces to maintain cleanliness
Report any maintenance issues or damages observed during cleaning
Restock supplies such as towels, toiletries, and cleaning materials
Follow health and safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment
Assist with laundry duties when necessary
Maintain organised storage of cleaning supplies and equipment

Qualifications

Previous experience in hotel housekeeping, hospitality, or janitorial roles is preferred
Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Good physical stamina to perform cleaning duties throughout the shift
Flexibility to work various shifts including mornings, afternoons, or evenings as required
A positive attitude and commitment to providing excellent service
