Role Purpose

To provide comprehensive support to the Head of Digital Marketing and wider communications team in delivering effective digital marketing campaigns and maintaining the firm's digital presence across all platforms.

Key Responsibilities

Manage and update website, social media, and third-party profiles to ensure all content is accurate, up to date, and aligned with brand and SEO best practices.
Create, schedule, and publish engaging content across LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and other digital channels, maintaining consistent messaging and brand standards.
Support the development of digital marketing assets, including podcasts, graphics, videos, banners, infographics, and other multimedia content using Canva and related tools.
Assist with the planning, execution, and optimisation of digital marketing campaigns, including email marketing through Mailchimp and promotion of firm-wide events and initiatives.
Monitor, analyse, and report on digital campaign performance, producing dashboards and insights to measure effectiveness and support continuous improvement.
Provide administrative and project support by maintaining content calendars and digital asset libraries, coordinating content requirements, and working closely with the Head of Digital Marketing to deliver key projects.

Technical Know How

Proficient in using Microsoft 365 applications to organise tasks, manage time effectively and support collaborative working
Proficiency in social media platform management.
Experience with design software (Canva or similar)
Basic knowledge of SEO principles and content optimisation.
Email marketing platform experience (preferably Mailchimp).
