Full job description

Baird Group are in exciting times! We are opening fantastic new stores across the UK on both the High Street and in Outlet Centres, with iconic brands including Ted Baker, Antique Rogue and Limehaus. We are making waves in the menswear industry and if that interests you then you’ll want to know that we have an exciting new opportunity as a Merchandise Admin Assistant to join our dynamic B&M team based at our state of the art Head Office at Thorpe Park, Leeds.

As a Merchandising Admin Assistant, you will play a vital role within our Merchandising Teams. You will provide essential admin support to your department.

Key Accountabilities

· Ensure updates are made so that intake is in the correct weeks as per supplier weekly delivery schedules.

· Ensure par’s are loaded onto the system for new products.

· Manage daily admin of intake. Communicate with suppliers and contribute to weekly critical path meetings under the support and guidance of the Merchandiser.

· Ensure all regroups & recalls are loaded onto the system as requested from the merchandising team and to ensure these are actioned by the retail team. Flag any outstanding on a weekly basis in trade meetings.

· Load size scales onto the system in line with critical path to ensure no delays to delivery date.

· Update daily/weekly departmental reports and produce ad hoc data analysis on request.

· Ability to prioritise workload effectively

· Knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Outlook & Word

· Ability to use company mainframe computer system (in-house system)

Qualifications & experience:

· GCSE level C- Maths and English

· Previous work experience in a similar role or study an advantage

· Good Microsoft skills (excel, Word & outlook)
