Job Summary
We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Administration Assistant to provide vital support within our office environment. The ideal candidate will possess strong computer skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proactive approach to administrative tasks. This role offers an opportunity to contribute to the smooth operation of our organisation while developing valuable professional skills.

Responsibilities

Manage incoming calls with professional phone etiquette, directing enquiries appropriately
Organise and maintain files, records, and documentation in both physical and digital formats
Perform data entry tasks accurately using Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and QuickBooks software
Assist with scheduling appointments, meetings, and calendar management
Prepare correspondence, reports, and presentations as required
Support invoicing processes and financial record keeping through QuickBooks
Handle general administrative duties such as photocopying, scanning, and mailing
Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient office operations

Requirements

Previous office experience or administrative experience is preferred
Proficiency in computer skills including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Google Workspace (Gmail, Drive, Calendar), and data entry applications
Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively
Excellent typing speed and accuracy
Good telephone etiquette and communication skills
Experience with clerical tasks such as filing and document management
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision whilst maintaining attention to detail
Familiarity with QuickBooks accounting software is advantageous but not essential
