What We're Looking For

We're looking for a Chef de Partie who:

Has at least 1 year's experience in a similar kitchen role.
Has a good understanding of fresh-food preparation and kitchen operations.
Maintains excellent standards of cleanliness, organisation, and food safety.
Takes pride in producing consistently high-quality dishes.
Is eager to learn and continually develop their skills.
Can support and encourage colleagues during busy services.
Has a positive attitude and enjoys working as part of a team.
Is reliable, honest, and trustworthy.
Has their own transport.

Most importantly, we're looking for someone who is passionate about food, enjoys working in a busy kitchen environment, and wants to build a long-term career with a respected hospitality group.

Equivalent earnings of £33,500–£36,500 per annum or £13.50–£15.00 per hour, including gratuities, depending on experience.
