Job Overview
We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Office Administrator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing daily administrative tasks, supporting office operations, and ensuring smooth communication within the organisation. This role offers an excellent opportunity for individuals with strong organisational skills and experience in office administration to contribute to a professional and dynamic environment.

Responsibilities

Managing incoming calls with professional phone etiquette and directing them appropriately
Organising and maintaining files, documents, and records both physically and digitally
Performing data entry tasks using programmes such as Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and QuickBooks
Assisting with scheduling appointments, meetings, and maintaining calendars
Preparing correspondence, reports, and presentations as required
Handling administrative enquiries efficiently and courteously
Ensuring the office environment remains tidy and well-stocked with supplies
Managing email communications and responding promptly to internal and external queries

Qualifications

Proven office experience or administrative experience in a professional setting
Strong computer skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace applications
Experience with QuickBooks or similar accounting software is desirable
Excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively
Good typing speed and accuracy for data entry tasks
Demonstrated good phone etiquette and communication skills
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
Strong attention to detail and organisational ability to manage multiple responsibilities efficiently
