About Us

Range & Country Shooting Supplies is a retail and online store dedicated to providing high-quality shooting and outdoor equipment. We value outdoor enthusiasts and are committed to offering products and services that enhance their outdoor experiences.

About the Project

We are currently embarking on an exciting project: building our brand-new shop, office, and storage facility at our North Rauceby airgun shooting range. This expansion will create an enhanced activity centre and shopping experience for our customers.

We need a hard-working, enthusiastic all-rounder to join our team and help us bring this project to life. If you love variety, enjoy physical work, and take pride in getting stuck into different tasks every day, this is the job for you!

The role also involves the general maintenance of our outdoor areas. This is initially a temporary role for the duration of the build project. However, we have other projects in the pipeline, so for a hard worker who proves they are the right fit for the team, there is strong potential for further work.

Responsibilities

Site Support: Assist the building team with various construction tasks, land development, and general site upkeep.
Grounds Maintenance: Keep our outdoor shooting areas safe, well-kept, and presentable using hand tools, power tools, and mowers.
Machinery Operation: Operate machinery like excavators for land clearing and development when required.
Infrastructure & Care: Assist with irrigation setup/repairs and support team members on both building and horticultural projects.
Safety & Standards: Maintain a clean, organised, and safe working environment at all times.

What We Are Looking For

We need a versatile, reliable, and skilled worker who doesn’t mind getting their hands dirty. Ideally, you will have:

Proven experience in land maintenance, landscaping, or basic site work, with a willingness to jump from building tasks to gardening.
Confidence in operating hand tools, power tools, and larger machinery (such as excavators and mowers).
Great physical stamina and the ability to comfortably perform manual labour outdoors in all weather conditions.
A strong understanding of safety procedures regarding tools, machinery, and site work.
Excellent teamwork and communication skills.

Pay: From £13.00 per hour
