Job Overview

Join our vibrant team as a Bar and Waiting Staff member, where your energy and enthusiasm will create memorable experiences for our guests. In this dynamic role, you will serve food and beverages with a friendly smile, ensure guest satisfaction through attentive service, and support the smooth operation of our bar and dining areas. Responsibilities

Greet guests warmly and provide prompt, attentive service throughout their visit
Take accurate food and drink orders, ensuring special requests are accommodated
Serve beverages responsibly, including alcohol, while adhering to food safety and responsible service guidelines
Assist in food preparation and presentation to maintain high standards of quality and freshness
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar and dining areas to ensure a welcoming environment
Upsell menu items to enhance guest experience and increase sales opportunities
Manage time effectively during busy periods to deliver efficient service without compromising quality

Qualifications

Previous experience in hospitality, restaurant service, or similar customer-facing roles is preferred
Knowledge of serving techniques, food safety standards, and basic food preparation skills
Familiarity with kitchen operations or culinary experience is a plus
Strong time management skills to handle multiple tables and tasks efficiently
Excellent guest service skills with a friendly, positive attitude
Ability to perform basic math calculations accurately for billing and transactions
Knowledge of food safety regulations and responsible alcohol serving practices is desirable
