Join Our Sweet Team! Dedicated Sales Assistant for Family-Run Gelato & Coffee Shop in Amersham!

Our family-run gelato shop in the heart of Amersham is seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Sales Assistant to join our team.

What you'll be doing:

Greeting customers with a warm and friendly smile.
Serving our delicious, authentic gelato, sorbets, and other sweet and savoury treats.
Operating the till and handling payments accurately.
Maintaining a sparkling clean, organised, and inviting shop environment.
Assisting with stock replenishment, quality checks, and attractive display presentation.
Enthusiastically sharing your knowledge and passion for our products with customers.
Contributing to a positive, collaborative, and supportive team atmosphere.

What we're looking for:

A minimum of 2 years of direct, customer-focused experience in a similar fast-paced environment is essential (e.g., café or restaurant).
A genuine desire to learn and develop new skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills – you love talking to people!
A proactive, "can-do" attitude and a willingness to go the extra mile.
Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends and school holidays.
A steadfast commitment to maintaining the highest standards of food safety, hygiene, and cleanliness.
