Couleur Cafe BRUNCH is on the hunt for enthousastic and experienced baristas to join our brand-new establishment.

High energy, curiosity and quick learning will be highly appreciated. You'll be making coffees, teas, mocktails and smoothies. What we definitely require, is a “can-do-attitude”, a beaming smile and a commitment to provide an excellent customer service.

Responsibilities:

Taking and serving customer orders
Preparing drinks and food orders(when required)
Cash, Card and till operation
Checking temperatures of freezers, refrigerators, or heating equipment to ensure proper functioning
Maintaining, Dismantling and cleaning machinery as needed
Cleaning and tidying up at the end of the day
Good understanding of the product range to answer customer queries
Attention to detail whilst working and willingness to help the team
Comply with Health & Safety and Hygiene guidelines and regulations

Skills Required:

At least 1 years Barista experience within a cafe / coffee shop environment
Dealing in, pulling shots, steaming and pouring milk with three different latte art skills
Effective communication and good engagement with customers
Excellent verbal skills
Developing and maintaining expert knowledge of coffee and educating customers and colleagues about coffee
Able to work quickly and effectively, remaining calm under pressure
Deal with customer issues and queries effectively
Reliable and cooperative
