Job Overview
We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Bar Staff to join our vibrant team. As a vital part of our establishment, you will provide exceptional service to our guests, ensuring they have a memorable experience. The ideal candidate will possess a passion for hospitality and a willingness to learn while maintaining high standards of food safety and customer care.

Duties

Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks, in accordance with standard recipes.
Engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner, taking orders and providing recommendations.
Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the bar area, ensuring all equipment is well-kept and stocked.
Adhere to food safety regulations, ensuring all drinks are prepared in a hygienic environment.
Handle cash transactions accurately, demonstrating basic maths skills for processing payments.
Manage time effectively to ensure prompt service during peak hours while maintaining quality.

Qualifications

Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting is preferred but not essential; enthusiasm for learning is key.
Basic knowledge of bartending techniques and drink recipes is advantageous.
Strong time management skills to efficiently handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Understanding of food safety practices to maintain health standards within the bar area.
Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with customers and team members.
A positive attitude and the ability to work well under pressure are essential for success in this role.
