Your Role

At Rygor Group, we are looking for a proactive and engaged Warranty Administrator who can provide essential administrative support to the Warranty Department to help us continue to be a UK Best Workplace. We are looking for an individual who is passionate about delivering exceptional customer service through a highly organised approach to administration. You will approach this role with a commercial mindset and will work effectively with all stakeholders to ensure smooth and efficient processes are in place and maintained.

️Day to day, you will be:

You will be a champion for business initiatives and uphold our company values of being ‘rewarding’, ‘reliable and ‘respectful.

Retail invoicing.

Warranty invoicing/claim processing.

General admin duties and general support to the service team with day-to-day tasks.

Resolving invoice queries with suppliers to ensure quotations are accurate and cost effective.

Assist with sending out quotations for works on customer vehicles.

Follow up on any outstanding purchase orders to ensure supplier invoices associated works are approved.

General administrative support for the service team to include post distribution, monitor stationery stock and arranging for supplies when necessary.

Point of contact for general enquiries with our customers in the admin office.
️ Skills & Behaviours Required for this Role:

Experience- We’re seeking a candidate with experience in either warranty administration or dealership administration for this role.

Organisation – Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritise workloads, and maintain an efficient system to keep the office running smoothly. Previous administrative experience is preferred.

Communication – Strong written and verbal communication to interact effectively with all stakeholders across the business, including answering phone calls, writing emails, and sending documents.

Resilience - A resilient person is someone who has strong coping skills and can draw on these when life presents challenges.

Attention to Detail- Maintaining a high level of accuracy in all tasks, whether it’s data entry, record-keeping, or preparing documents, to avoid mistakes and ensure high-quality output.
