Job Description:

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who thrives on maintaining the highest level of customer support and service delivery.

As the Service Coordinator, you will be responsible for providing support to the Service Manager and the team of Field Engineers.

We are looking for an organised and proactive candidate to join our team in Berkhamsted. This is a busy and varied role where you'll coordinate planned maintenance visits, manage reactive callouts, support Field Engineers, and provide excellent customer service.

It is essential that you have the ability to work with a technical mind-set, as you will be producing a high volume of quotes specifically tailored to technical customer requirements.

It's also essential that you can build and maintain professional relationships with both our customers, our Service Manager, our Field Engineers, our Sales Team as well as the Management Team.

Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:-

· Provide support to the Service Manager and Field Engineers

· Schedule planned maintenance visits and allocate reactive callouts

· Coordinate Engineers' workloads and maintain daily schedules

· Liaise with Customers, Engineers and Suppliers to ensure smooth service delivery

· Prepare job documentation and maintain accurate service records

· Support daily invoicing and general administration

· Monitor service performance and produce monthly KPI reports

· Produce detailed technical quotes and raise purchase orders

· Ensure service reports are completed accurately and follow up on any outstanding actions

The Person

· Previous experience in a service coordination, scheduling or administration role (two years minimum).

· Excellent organisational and communication skills.

· Able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

· Strong IT skills, including Microsoft Office.

· A proactive approach with excellent attention to detail.

· Experience of working in the water industry (desirable).

This is a full-time office-based role with no hybrid working which we are recruiting for immediately.

The Location: Berkhamsted (free parking)

The Hours: Monday - Friday 8.30am – 5pm.
