Job Summary

We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Administrator to join our team. In this vital role, you will manage administrative operations, support daily office functions, and ensure smooth communication across departments. Your proactive approach will help maintain an organized, efficient environment that enhances patient experience and staff productivity.

Duties

Handle data entry tasks accurately using Microsoft Office, SystmOne, iGPR, etc.
Regsitering new patients and deducting leaving patients.
Answering admin queries via calls and emails.
Update and maintain patient records.
Scan and code incoming documents.

Requirements

Proven office experience with strong organizational skills
Proficiency in computer skills including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel)
Previous administrative experience in a healthcare or similar setting is preferred
Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
Ability to perform data entry quickly and accurately with high attention to detail
Strong clerical skills including typing, filing, and record keeping
