Front of House Receptionist – Medical Aesthetics Clinic

Look Lovely Stortford | Bishop's Stortford | Part-Time – 2 Days Per Week

THE COMPANY

Look Lovely Stortford is a doctor-led medical skin clinic based in Bishop's Stortford, with a strong reputation for delivering safe, natural-looking aesthetic results in a warm and welcoming environment. Our patients are at the heart of everything we do - many have been coming to us for years, and we treat them like family.

We are a passionate and growing team, committed to providing an exceptional experience at every touchpoint - from the very first enquiry through to aftercare.

THE ROLE

We are looking for an experienced and personable Front of House Receptionist to join our friendly, patient-focused clinic on a part-time basis - 2 days per week: Tuesday and Thursday or Friday and/or Saturday. Some evenings will be required.

You will be the first face our patients see and the first voice they hear, making your role absolutely central to the experience we deliver. You'll be responsible for ensuring every patient feels welcomed, valued and well looked after from the moment they arrive.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Meet and greet patients for booked appointments in a professional, warm and considerate manner
Provide exceptional customer service at all times
Handle telephone and email enquiries efficiently and with care
Take bookings, manage cancellations and rescheduling
Take payments and carry out daily reconciliation processes
Support the clinical team proactively throughout the day
Open and close the clinic as required
Ensure the clinic is presented to the highest standard at all times
Adhere to company policies and procedures

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

Proven outstanding customer service skills - previous experience in a customer-facing role is essential
A background in aesthetics, beauty, spa or hairdressing would be a real advantage - an interest in aesthetics is mandatory
Excellent communication skills, with a warm, professional and friendly manner
Strong organisational skills with great attention to detail
Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure
A positive, proactive 'can do' attitude
Good working knowledge of IT systems including Microsoft packages
Previous administration experience is advantageous
